Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

All domestic and international shipping is done with UPS. Tracking information can be obtained online at
http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. Delivery relies solely with UPS and is completely out of the
hands of Flavor West after pickup from our location. Terms and conditions of UPS can also be obtained

Returns & Replacements

Flavor West stands behind our products 100%. But due to health codes Flavor West can and will not
accept any returns for any reason at any time. If you have any problems with the quality of any
product(s) please contact us by email and state the reasons clearly with the issue of the product(s).
Flavor West will take into consideration of the issues and come to a fair resolution if we are at fault.
If you have receied a damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s) that you ordered Flavor West will
send out a replacement product(s) free of charge to the customer. Due to the fact that everyone has
different taste preferences and it is completely out of our hands that a customer simply dislikes a flavor.
No refunds will be given at any time for "taste" issues.

Privacy & Security

Flavor West takes our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any customer
information very seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with applicable legal standards to store and secure client information from unauthorized
access and use, alteration and destruction. Our own policies and procedures have been
developed to protect the confidentiality of client information and to help achieve compliance with
relevant rules and regulations. We hold our employees accountable for complying with those
policies, procedures, rules and regulations.


Because Flavor West sales at wholesale pricing levels to retail customers we sometimes get backlogged
with orders. Although we strive to get most orders shipped within 48 hours, we ask that you give us 72 hours
before inquiring about your order if you have not received shipping confirmation via e-mail. All orders received
during business hours of Monday - Friday 8 A.M. - 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be processed same day.
Any order outside this time frame will be processed on the following businessday. Flavor West is closed
Saturday, Sundays and all major holidays. Orders placed during this time will also be processed on the next
business day.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At this time Flavor West accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We will work on more
payment methods in the future. Flavor West does not accept PayPal, Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money
Orders or any other kind of payments at this time. All pricing stands at time of checkout, no other discounts,
credit, or money back is offered at any time. Flavor West runs current promotions and sends out discount
codes randomly from time to time. These promotions and codes are subject to cancel at any time for any
reason without future notice.

Viewing Orders

To view orders and order status please login to your Flavor West account dashboard and click on the
"My Order" tab. Order confirmations will also be mailed to your email account on file with us. If you have not
received a confirmation by email please check junk mail before contacting Flavor West.
