Who can join the rewards program ?
The program is open to all retail customers. Please note that B2B, Wholesale, accounts are excluded from the points system as they have their own discount tiers.
How do I check my points balance ?
Simply log in to your account and click the "Rewards" launcher at the bottom of the screen.
Do my points expire ?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.
Can I use points with other discount codes ?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Points cannot be stacked with other promotional offers.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned on the original purchase will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed.
